A Note from Gabriela (3/30/25):
I wrote Part 1 of this course in just a few weeks during the summer after my freshman year (2022), but it wasn’t until this week, in my final semester of college (2025), that my dad and I finally uploaded it to the website.
Progress on Teach Me Telugu has been slow — mostly because it’s just me doing nearly everything, with limited time and resources. But I haven’t given up. I’m passionate about making Telugu more accessible, and I’d love to team up with others who share this vision. Whenever someone like my dad (the programmer behind this site) pitches in, the project leaps forward.
Special thanks to Ram Gullapalli for recording the Telugu letters and to Charith Reddy for voicing the sample words and sounds.
